Last night was Fat Tuesday, and we celebrated by going to the Pancake Supper at the Interfaith Center. Our church didn't actually sponsor the dinner, but Drew always likes breakfast for dinner and I was hoping some other people from my church might be there. Drew had a great time--not only did he have pancakes for dinner, he got to make a mask and a crown to celebrate Mardi Gras. I made him put on the whole ensemble (including Mardi Gras beads) before he went to bed.
Today starts Lent which means no Diet Coke for me for 40 days. I think this is the 3rd year in a row, and I keep going back to it on Easter. First it's one or two cans, then I'm back to a 64 oz bottle every day or two. Remind you of anyone?

What a relief to see you guys are still blogging! How come the posts come up with the old dates? Well...we love the goggles and the Mardi Gras celebration! Keep posting!
I agree with Megan! Welcome Back! Quinn went through the goggle phase for awhile too, hey whatever works right?
